What does peace really mean? And above all: how can we as young people actively contribute to shaping it - and securing it? These questions are at the centre of our open panel discussion at the Europe on Track stop in Osnabrück. Although the title is ‘peace in Europe’, the discussion will be about peace in general and everyone is invited... especially you!
In this interactive workshop, we’ll reflect on how our abilities and socio-economic backgrounds shape our privileges. Together, we’ll unpack what privilege means, how it affects access to opportunities, and why intersectionality matters.
This workshop explores hidden systems that drive inequality especially where disability and socio-economic disadvantage intersect. Learn how these challenges limit young people’s opportunities and what we can do to create change.
Europe on Track is a project that was first introduced in 2012. During this AEGEE-Europe youth-led project, ambassadors divided in teams travel across Europe for one month by train. On their journey, they capture the vision of young people about their future perspectives. Europe on Track aims to raise awareness and capture the opinions of young Europeans on key social issues based on the methodology of Non-Formal Education. This year’s topic of Europe on Track is “Intersectional identities and their role in shaping political representation and civic engagement”. The ambassadors will be in Osnabrück from the 29th to the 31st of May. On the 29th of May, there will be two workshops and on the 30th of may we’ll have a panel discussion about peace in europe, wehere we’ll connect this topic with the workshop topics. The Workshop and the panel discussion is open to everyone. You will find more information on our Website and on Instagram.
We hereby officially invite you to a general meeting of members. The topic of this general meeting is the resolution on an amendment to the statutes (§9), the discharge of the current board, as well as the election of a new board, arbitration board and two auditors. You can find the final proposal for the new statutes in your emails.

Join AEGEE for an Exciting Hike in Teutoburg Wald! Do you love the great outdoors and meeting new people? Whether you're an experienced hiker or just looking to explore nature, we have the perfect adventure for you! When: Saturday, 25th of May at 10:30 AM Where: Teutoburger Wald (Externsteine - Falkenburg Runde 9.3 km) We will first meet at the main train station and then take the train together to the hiking route, so be on time What to Bring: - Hiking clothes - Comfortable, closed shoes - Student ID - Water and Snacks Everyone is welcome, whether you're a hiking enthusiast or a beginner! After the hike, we might grab some food or drinks together. Come and enjoy the adventure with us!

🌿 Sustainable Self-Care Workshop with NEO 🌿 🗓 Januar, 8th 2024 ⏰ 6:30pm 📍 Arndtstraße 19 (ESG) Need a break from studying for exams? Join us at our Self-Care Workshop! On Tuesday, January 9th, starting at 18:30, you can create these three products with us: Lavender Sachets for Tranquil Sleep Lavender not only has a calming effect but also promotes restful sleep. The sachets can be placed in the wardrobe, naturally repelling moths with their pleasant aroma. Nourishing Lip Balm Even if winter hasn't been too dry this year, you can never have enough lip balm. We'll be making lip balm from natural ingredients. Peeling for Radiant Skin If you can't get enough of peelings, be sure to visit the peeling station. Whether you have dry, oily or unclear skin, you can create your suitable peeling. What to bring: 1. Yourself! (2. If you have some, you can bring your own jars to take the products home with you 😊 3. If you have pieces of linen or cotton cloth, you can bring those for the lavender sachets.) Let's take a moment for self-care and sustainability together!
