Mitglieder von AEGEE-Osnabrück e.V. haben die Möglichkeit in verschiedenen Komitees aktiv zu werden und an spannenden Projekten zu arbeiten. Jedes Kommitee hat eine bestimmte Aufgabe, an der man zusammen mit Gleichgesinnten arbeiten und wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln kann.
Event Coordination Committee
The aim of the Event Coordination Commission is to improve the quality and impact of all events listed in the event calendar of AEGEE-Osnabrück eV. This can be achieved by supporting, encouraging and training event organizers and by carrying out the assessment and evaluation process before and after each event.
Public Relations Committee
The aim of the Public Relations Commission of AEGEE-Osnabrück is to make the organization visible, strengthen its public image and inform students about AEGEE's activities and events. It ensures that AEGEE-Osnabrück is present on social media, on the website and in the local community, thus promoting cultural exchange and European values.
Human Resources Committee
Das Human Resources Committee (HRC) ist davon überzeugt, dass jede Person das Potenzial hat, Außergewöhnliches zu leisten. Daher setzen wir uns dafür ein, das volle Potenzial jedes AEGEE-Mitglieds zu entfalten. Dabei konzentrieren wir uns auf die Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten der Mitglieder, indem wir ihnen ermöglichen, ihre Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, ihre Motivation zu steigern und ihnen Gelegenheiten zu bieten, ihre Fähigkeiten in der Organisation einzubringen. Zudem unterstützen wir das Netzwerk in HR-bezogenen Themen auf individueller, lokaler und europäischer Ebene und setzen eine umfassende HR-Strategie für die Organisation um, um langfristig erfolgreich zu sein.
European Affairs Committee
Das European Affairs Committee von AEGEE-Osnabrück beschäftigt sich mit der Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit auf europäischer Ebene. Es fördert den Austausch zwischen den AEGEE-Locals in ganz Europa und setzt sich für europäische Themen ein. Zudem organisiert es Veranstaltungen und Projekte, die europäische Werte wie Solidarität, Demokratie und interkulturellen Austausch stärken. Das Committee unterstützt AEGEE-Osnabrück dabei, aktiv an europaweiten Initiativen teilzunehmen und das Bewusstsein für europäische Angelegenheiten innerhalb der lokalen Community zu fördern.
Safe Person Committee
The Safe Person Committee of AEGEE-Osnabrück ensures a safe and respectful environment at all events and activities. It is committed to making all members and participants feel comfortable and protected by serving as a point of contact for conflicts, discrimination or inappropriate behavior. The committee supports the prevention of such incidents and promotes a climate of inclusion, tolerance and mutual support so that everyone feels safe and welcome in the AEGEE community.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee of AEGEE-Osnabrück is responsible for securing the financial resources that the organization needs to carry out its projects and events. It identifies potential funding sources, writes applications for scholarships and funding programs, and establishes contacts with sponsors. In addition, the committee organizes fundraising campaigns and develops strategies to ensure the financial sustainability of AEGEE-Osnabrück. The aim is to strengthen the organization's financial basis and thus support the diverse activities in the long term.
