AEGEE-Osnabrück eV uses Google Workspace to make communication and collaboration between members efficient. By using Google Drive, documents, presentations and spreadsheets can be conveniently stored in the cloud and edited together. This makes planning events and organizing projects much easier. Members use Google Meet for virtual meetings, which is particularly beneficial in times of physical distancing. Google Calendar helps keep track of important dates and deadlines and makes it easier to coordinate events.
We use WhatsApp communities to promote exchange and networking between our members and the local student body. Group chats make it easier for us to communicate with each other and stay up to date. Our various groups are also focused on specific topics or projects, such as working groups, board or member groups.

Through the platform, AEGEE members can manage their profile, view information on local groups and communicate directly with other AEGEE locals and European bodies. MyAEGEE is also the central access point for administrative tasks, such as applying for events, participating in votes or viewing documents and news from the network.

The platform is designed to be minimalist and user-friendly, ideal for teams, groups of friends or organizations like ours that want to coordinate an appointment. Finding an appointment is always annoying... but better than "hey, I can't do that, let's do it here" "...no, I can't do that..." ....crappy digga.

They provide participants with a structured way to communicate non-verbally and ensure that everyone has an equal chance to contribute without interrupting the flow of the conversation. By standardizing these signals, AEGEE promotes a respectful and organized environment where ideas can be exchanged effectively, even in diverse and multilingual settings.
